Collectors ask me all the time about getting insurance for their collections. I feel it is something you really should have just in case something happens. I have my collection insured with Collectibles Insurance Agency and have been with them for a number of years.Not only is my collection insured, but the same policy covers my mailings and insurance on my collection if I take it to chip shows.
